Picturehaus brings the big screen movie experience to the intimate setting of a cosy private cinema housed in a historic Grade II listed Georgian vaulted cellar at manorhaus Ruthin.
Our cinema features 20 comfy armchairs with drinks tables, cosy fleece blankets, a 4K projector, room width widescreen and 7.1 surround sound.
FOOD
Picturehaus evenings include a 3 course supper. A starter and main inspired by the film, followed by an interval 'little pot' of Chilly Cow Ice cream.
Our bar serves great cocktails, wines, craft beers and spirits, all served in proper glasses so you'll not be disturbed by the slurp of a straw in a paper cup.
GREAT VALUE
Picturehaus tickets are just £30 to include a set menu 3 course evening supper.
A starter and main course inspired by the film, served promptly at 7.00pm.
The film showing starts at 8.00pm and includes a Chilly Cow little pot of ice cream during an interval break.
MEMBERSHIP
Picturehaus membership is free, and allows local members and manorhaus residents to enjoy this special and unique evening of film in a historic listed building.
Picturehaus membership is available for those 18 and over. Membership is via the VIP Guestlist.

The private cinema is in the original mediaeval barrel vaulted basement.
Guests can book for private use to watch movies with full dolby atmosphere surround sound ON A ROOM WIDE 4k HDR projected SCREEN,
or to attend one of our weekly picturehaus film club dinner evenings.
HUSHH GUEST LIBRARY
THE library is located on the first floor and hosts a varied collection of books, periodicals and novels for guests to read in the library or borrow for their room, as well as traditional board games and games of skill.
