    greenback lodge is a boutique 5 Star graded GUEST ACCOMMODATION in the centre of Llangollen, a destination for outdoor activities, steam and canal heritage and the home of the International Musical Eisteddfod.

    A Victorian townhouse, its original features contrast with stylish modern interior design, art and 21st Century facilities.

     

    ROOMS

    Greenback lodge is housed within an imposing Victorian townhouse and offers 9 guest rooms, many with their own lounge with stunning views of the castle opposite, which have been designed to offer the highest level of contemporary style and comfort.

     

    Inspired by the black and white buildings that characterise the town, the decor utilises a muted palate of black, white and soft greys with a splash of gold and yellow.

     

    Greenbank Lodge offers rooms only. (We do not offer breakfast or other dining options). Our town centre location is within easy walk (1 min) of numerous cafes, restaurants and places to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.

    Aspects of what we offer have changed to respond to the Covid-19 impacts. Our website notes any changes to facilities etc during this period.

     

    manorhaus Ruthin & Greenbank Lodge Llangollen (including the self-contained cottage in Llangollen) has achieved the Visit Wales/Visit Britain Covid accreditation ‘Good to Go/Barod Amdani’ which certifies we have new processes in place to meet government guidelines to be Covid-aware.

    Our rooftop Hot Tub is located on the third floor on an external timber decked terrace which has fabulous commanding views over the town and mountains opposite.

     

    Virtual Library • a selection of magazines are provided in every room, and our first floor landing library provides a small quiet reading area with an extended collection of magazines, local guidebooks and maps

    Located on the first floor this double is our smallest room but is quiet and well laid out with plenty of space for an armchair, working desk, beverage cabinet with kettle and cafetiere and a large LCD TV. It has two small windows but they don't offer views. It is suited to short stays where you are out and about, and just need a comfortable room to sleep in.

An adjacent quiet seating area has two armchairs and a desk with a skylight window overlooking the rooftop.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASES

Tickets are for one use only and subject to availability.

Tickets are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers. manorhaus is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. 

Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets for Events, Picturehaus, Supper:Club etc are for a specific date.  If you have to cancel, cancellation more than 48 hours in advance will allow either transfer to another date or refund as a gift voucher that can be used towards future events. Cancellation less than 48 hours is non-refundable.  Any cancellations by manorhaus of an Event will provide a full refund.
Refunds will only be made back to the card used to pay with via our Stripe secure payment processing.

COVID Guarantee
Cancellations due to the impact of Covid and associated regulation changes will offer either a full refund, transfer or gift voucher depending on customer preference.

Risk of loss
manorhaus is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission.
